Who You Are:
Dedicated professional committed to the success of the executive team and organization Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused with strong planning, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills Highly proficient with G-Suite (Google Docs, Forms & Meet), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and a wide range of office and conferencing technologies Adept at reacting quickly to changes in priorities, circumstances, and direction Effective partner with executives, investors, Board members, clients, vendors, and co-workers Clear, concise, and diplomatic communicator who establishes rapport with individuals with diverse personalities and work styles; builds strong relationships based on mutual respect Collaborative and team-oriented; goes above and beyond to help others Exercises discretion and judgment; maintains the highest level of confidentiality
What You Will Do:
Independently perform complex and diverse administrative duties, including scheduling meetings; managing executives’ calendars; preparing expense reports; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and organize both onsite and offsite meetings and events Prepare and distribute Board, Investor, and other meeting presentations, documents, agendas, minutes, and related materials, proofreading for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and proper format Serve as liaison between the CEO, executives, Board members, customers, and vendors Prioritize, track, and follow up on communications; determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response Routinely handle sensitive and confidential materials Maintain documents in a way that promotes efficient storage and retrieval Demonstrate leadership by maintaining credibility and trust Serve as a champion of our company values, culture, DE&I and ESG initiatives Provide occasional support of other Executive Team members Perform related work as assigned
Where You Will Work:
In our headquarters office located in Boulder (Gunbarrel), Colorado.
This position is generally not eligible for remote work with the exception of adherence to covid-19 or other public health restrictions imposed by federal, state and/or local governments.
What You Bring To Catalyze:
10+ years of experience in progressively responsible Administrative/Executive Assistant roles 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives Pre-IPO and/or publicly traded company experience highly preferred Renewable energy industry experience a plus Bachelor’s degree a plus Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) or similar certification a plus

Target Comp Range:
$80,000 to $95,000 base salary depending on experience
