C-Nine Management is looking for a full-time potential employee who will provide customer service and customer support to our Renewable Energy Client.

This position will initiate and implement customer service support as needed to ensure that a high standard of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Renewable Energy Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Understand all brand and product knowledge that the Renewable Energy Client provides to their customer base.
Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times.
Provide information to market strategy by monitoring competition in the radius of our
location and monitor market trends.
Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers daily to inform them of client products and services.
Ensure and provide quality service to external customers.
Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages.
Utilizing materials when ready to train others in a meaningful way to ensure class
graduates have a smooth transition to success and are confident in themselves.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s or masters in a related field (Communications, Environmental Studies, or Business Administration are preferred, but not required).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong relationship-building skills.
2-3 years in an entry-level position involving Energy Sales, marketing, or customer
service.
Self-motivated and a good student mentality.
Open-minded in training classes and fully involved/participate.
Desires:
Professional image and well-spoken.
Ability to start training immediately or ASAP.
Student mentality and a strong desire for professional growth.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
Goal-oriented and driven.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must be organized.
Hard-working, outgoing, and high energy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00
– $48,000.00 per year
