– Office and Work From Home Schedule A leading developer and operator of high voltage transmission renewable energy systems is looking to grow its Corporate Finance Team with the addition of an Sr.

Treasury Credit Financial Analyst.

The role is based in Austin, TX (relocation assistance available) and will function as a Lead for the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) focused on Debt Management and Credit Analysis.

They organization have a flat structure which gives their employees direct access to executive management and the ability to gain a diverse amount of experience on various projects.

The scope of their operations includes transmission (t-line), substation, regional control centers, and distribution systems with interconnects to both utility-scale solar and wind assets that require compliance with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and NERC Reliability Standards.

Responsibilities: Sr.

Treasury Analyst / Corporate Banking Credit Analyst
– Acts as a key stakeholder for all noteholder relationships with a key focus on debt agreement compliance Sr.

Treasury Analyst / Corporate Banking Credit Analyst
– Leads credit rating initiatives by fostering relationships with key credit rating agencies with an emphasis on the annual rating surveillance process and ad hoc reviews for credit agency requirements.

– Develops, modifies, and maintains financial debt plans and corporate financial models used to evaluate debt to equity ratios, debt equity capital raising scenarios, and capital coverage assessments Sr.

Treasury Analyst / Corporate Banking Credit Analyst
– Presents corporate finance and credit analysis recommendations to the Executive and Corporate Leadership teams in an easy to under objective driven format Sr.

Treasury Analyst / Corporate Banking Credit Analyst
– Takes ownership of the financial forecasting and financial reporting (multi-year, annual, quarterly, monthly) requirements for shareholders and regulatory bodies with specific attention on the company’s liquidity and cash management Sr.

Treasury Analyst / Corporate Banking Credit Analyst
– Works cross functionally to streamline process around monitoring capital and operating budgets, financial trend analysis, FP&A process documentation, and corporate finance training/education Job Requirements: Skills/Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA level candidates will be prioritized 4 years of professional credit analysis.

financial reporting, financial modeling, corporate financial budget development, and cash management Debt management experience working in Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, or for a Credit Rating Agency is a HUGE PLUS Solid understanding financial debt agreements, debt agreement requirement, and debt coverage ratios Solid understanding of credit agency rating system, debt rating systems, and metrics for corporate financial credit evaluations.

Strong level of comfort working within large automated accounting systems like Oracle E-business Working knowledge with US GAAP and IFRS MUST have STRONG FINANCAL MODELING expertise in Microsoft Excel (MS Excel) with an emphasis on FP&A or corporate finance models Excellent communication skills and ability to presents complex analytical formulas in an understandable format to key internal and external stakeholders Ability to participate (or quickly learn to participate) in advance level discussions in the High voltage utility, utility-scale renewables (solarwindstorage), transmission, substation, and/or battery storage space
