Responsibilities

Support senior underwriting staff and originations teams in deal execution.

Specific tasks include:

• Prepare financial models to determine debt payback period and project valuation.

Sensitize and test assumptions

• Support underwriting team in legal and technical due diligence

• Prepare internal presentations and credit memoranda for deal approval

• Prepare marketing documents including pitches, lenders presentations and confidential information memoranda

• Review and prepare certain internal reports and assist with ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in leveraged finance, or investment banking
Knowledge of credit (formal training preferred)
